Bryan Building, Worcester State Hospital

Worcester, MA

CDW’s scope of work for the Bryan Building at Worcester State Hospital consisted of sampling and design of abatement for full building demolition. CDW conducted a comprehensive hazardous materials survey with the intent of confirming and quantifying suspect asbestos-containing building materials (ACM), lead based paint and poly-chlorinated biphenyl (PCB) containing building material. We prepared a report of findings of the comprehensive hazardous materials survey along with estimated quantities and a comprehensive cost estimate. Our team prepared final construction bid documents and provided construction administration for the abatement of hazardous materials prior to building demolition.
